1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

Precision of terms used

  1. 1.1 The term "YAMP" refers to the entity that owns and operates the associated services.
  2. 1.2 The term "associated services" refers to the services provided by YAMP, including the game platform, the website, and the community Discord server.
  3. 1.3 The term "game platform" refers to the YAMP.exe application, which is only available for download via the domain yetanother.mp.
  4. 1.4 The use of "our" or "us" exclusively refers to YAMP, while "you" or "your" refers to the user accessing the associated services.

2. ABOUT US

What we are

  1. 2.1 YAMP is an independent entity offering a game platform that allows users to access dedicated servers and use community-developed modifications for Grand Theft Auto V.
  2. 2.2 We are neither affiliated with, endorsed by, nor supported by Rockstar Games or any of its subsidiaries. Use of the associated services is at the sole responsibility of the users, who are required to comply with the Rockstar Terms of Service and assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from Rockstar Games or any third party as a result of using our services.
  3. 2.3 YAMP operates on a non-profit basis and provides its services free of charge to users. Certain optional paid services may be offered solely to cover the costs related to operation, maintenance, and further development.

Limitation of liability

  1. 2.4 The associated services are provided without any express or implied warranty regarding their availability, accessibility, performance, or proper functioning. Their operation may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, without prior notice or any obligation to provide compensation.
  2. 2.5 The installation and updating of the game platform must follow the official procedure provided by YAMP. Any malfunction, interruption, or inconvenience resulting from failure to comply with this procedure shall not incur any liability on our part.
  3. 2.6 We do not guarantee the preservation of any data, settings, or content created and stored through the associated services. It is the user's sole responsibility to take all necessary precautions to back up their files and configurations.
  4. 2.7 No obligation exists to provide technical support, individual assistance, or user guidance for the associated services. Any support offered is at our sole discretion and does not constitute a right or a contractual commitment.
  5. 2.8 YAMP does not exercise absolute control over the community, its users, or over content developed or published by third parties. Consequently, any harm caused between users or involving a third party shall in no way engage the responsibility of YAMP.
  6. 2.9 Administrators of dedicated servers are the only individuals responsible for decisions made within their own spaces. Any complaint relating to the decisions made by such administrators must be addressed directly to them.

3. ABOUT THE USER

Any natural or legal person accessing the associated services is considered a user, regardless of the manner or purpose of use.

Access conditions

  1. 3.1 Accessing, downloading, or using any part of the associated services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted without reservation all the provisions set out herein.
  2. 3.2 Possession of a legal and officially licensed copy of Grand Theft Auto V is required to access the game platform. Use of an unauthorised version will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.
  3. 3.3 Access to the game platform is restricted to users who meet the legal age requirement for playing Grand Theft Auto V. Any attempt to access the services by a minor may result in suspension or permanent exclusion from the associated services.

Rules of use

  1. 3.4 Do not act dishonestly in your use or exploitation of the associated services, and do not engage in any illegal activity or any activity that contravenes the laws in force in your country of residence under the guise of using our services.
  2. 3.5 Do not use cheats, mod menus or any form of circumvention, and do not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or any manipulation that negatively affects others or creates an unfair advantage, even if the bug itself doesn't appear to directly benefit the user.
  3. 3.6 Do not modify, decompile, or analyse the source code of the associated services for the purpose of extracting information, bypassing protections, or altering their functioning in any way.
  4. 3.7 Do not engage in spoofing techniques, whether by falsifying an IP address, impersonating credentials, or otherwise concealing your true identity.
  5. 3.8 Do not intentionally overload our services, whether through mass request submissions, artificial traffic generation, or any other action aimed at disrupting their normal operation.
  6. 3.9 Do not attempt to bypass any sanction or other measure applied to you, a dedicated server, or user-generated content.

Community rules

  1. 3.10 This section applies exclusively to community spaces under the direct responsibility of YAMP, including the official Discord server, the website, and all communication channels and spaces provided through the game platform.
  2. 3.11 Do not publish, share, or distribute any content of a sexually explicit or suggestive nature, any depiction of extreme, sadistic, or graphic violence, or any language that is insulting, contemptuous, defamatory, hateful, intimidating, provocative, discriminatory, or likely to offend target individuals or groups.
  3. 3.12 Do not publish, share, or distribute any content that promotes, glorifies, or attempts to justify or defend political figures, ideological movements of any kind, criminal or terrorist organisations, or any real-world entity likely to generate tension, propaganda, or proselytism.
  4. 3.13 Do not publish, share, or distribute any promotional links, advertising content, or commercial messages without our prior and explicit authorisation.
  5. 3.14 Refrain from sharing misleading information, false statements, or unfounded accusations. Such practices include, but are not limited to, fact distortion, rumour spreading, or any attempt to mislead the community or harm reputations.
  6. 3.15 Do not exploit another user's vulnerability, whether for personal gain or with the intention to cause harm. This includes, without limitation, blackmail, extortion, fraud, hacking, or any other malicious and manipulative behaviour.
  7. 3.16 Do not engage in intrusive or oppressive behaviour towards other users. This includes, without limitation, harassment, humiliation, stalking, and doxxing.
  8. 3.17 Do not disturb the peace of other users through spam, flood, or excessive audio disruption. This includes repeated and untimely messages, abusive use of soundboards, the unsolicited broadcasting of music in voice channels, or any other disruptive sound behaviour.
  9. 3.18 YAMP reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, even if not explicitly listed among the above prohibitions, where it conflicts with the spirit of the community or undermines its proper functioning.
  10. 3.19 Do not impersonate YAMP staff, other users, or public figures. Misrepresentation of identity, including the use of misleading usernames, avatars, or roles, is strictly prohibited.
  11. 3.20 Do not publish, share, or engage in any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors in any form. This includes grooming, sexualization, or the solicitation of personal information from minors.
  12. 3.21 Do not create or use alternate accounts to evade disciplinary actions, bans, or suspensions. Such attempts may result in permanent bans for all associated accounts.
  13. 3.22 Do not publish, share, or engage in any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors in any form. This includes, without limitation, grooming, sexualization, the solicitation of personal information from minors, or the depiction, reference to, or fictional representation of minors in a sexual or suggestive context, whether explicit or implicit.

4. ABOUT THE DEDICATED SERVER ADMINISTRATOR

A dedicated server administrator is a user who creates, configures, manages, or operates a dedicated server through the game platform.

Operating conditions of a dedicated server

  1. 4.1 The administrator is responsible for managing, moderating, and ensuring the smooth operation of their dedicated server and all associated spaces. It is their duty to implement minimum moderation measures to maintain a respectful and appropriate community environment.
  2. 4.2 It is prohibited to monetise a dedicated server by: virtual currency in exchange for real money, the commercialisation of loot boxes or similar mechanisms in return for real money, cryptocurrency, or in-game virtual currency, the operation of a server on behalf of a third-party brand or as part of a commercial partnership, the generation of income through sponsorships, endorsements, or the integration of third-party promotions or advertisements, and the facilitation of the use, sale, or promotion of cryptocurrencies or crypto assets. Any other forms of monetisation are not inherently allowed or prohibited.
  3. 4.3 It is forbidden to operate a dedicated server with the intent to deceive, manipulate, or exploit the trust of users for personal or fraudulent purposes. This includes, without limitation, the misuse of donations, the organisation of fictitious lotteries or fundraising campaigns, the sale of inaccurate or non-existent benefits or privileges, or any other form of scam or fraud.
  4. 4.4 It is prohibited to state or imply, whether explicitly or implicitly, that a dedicated server is approved, recognised, certified, sponsored, supported, affiliated with, or owned by YAMP, Rockstar Games, or any of its subsidiaries.
  5. 4.5 Do not collect, share, or publish personal or sensitive information of any user without their explicit consent. This includes IP addresses, real names, locations, or any identifying data.

Dedicated server moderation policy

  1. 4.6 Any dedicated server found to be non-compliant with these Terms will be subject to an official non-compliance notice, specifying the issues identified. The administrator will then be granted a timeframe – determined by the severity of the violation, to implement the necessary corrections. Unless the violation poses a serious risk (e.g. fraud, abuse, or harm), in which case immediate action may be taken without prior notice. Failure to do so will result in the permanent banning of the dedicated server and its administrators. YAMP administrators reserve the right to define what is classed as a "serious risk".
  2. 4.7 In the event of a report that does not immediately establish a clear breach of these Terms, YAMP reserves the right to initiate a compliance review. The administrator of the dedicated server in question must fully cooperate with all reasonable requests made by YAMP to verify adherence to the conditions governing server operation. Failure to cooperate, non-compliance, or any attempt to obstruct the investigation may result in the immediate and precautionary suspension of all services associated with the server. Depending on the outcome of the review, the server owner may also be subject to additional penalties, including but not limited to account sanctions, service restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform.

5. ABOUT THE USER GENERATED CONTENT

For the purposes of these Terms, user generated content refers to any virtual element created, integrated, or intended to be integrated into a dedicated server.

Intellectual property of user generated content

  1. 5.1 All original content intended to be integrated into the associated services remains the exclusive property of its author, provided they are the legitimate creator and subject to the rights of third parties being respected.
  2. 5.2 We do not claim any ownership or exploitation rights over user generated content. However, you acknowledge that YAMP reserves a moderation right, allowing us to restrict access to, hide, or remove any content that does not comply with these Terms of Use.

User generated content compliance conditions

  1. 5.3 It is prohibited to use, integrate, depict, or distribute any content for which you do not hold the necessary usage rights. This includes, without limitation, registered trademarks, works protected by copyright, licensed visual or audio elements, and third-party user-generated content subject to intellectual property rights. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they use complies with all applicable intellectual property rights. We disclaim any responsibility or liability for user content that violates such rights.
  2. 5.4 It is prohibited to publish or promote any content designed in a way that causes significant instability, resource overload, abnormal behaviour of the dedicated server, or substantial degradation of the user experience.
  3. 5.5 It is prohibited to publish, integrate, use, promote, or distribute any content of a paedopornographic nature, or that could reasonably be interpreted as encouraging, suggesting, or facilitating such use. This prohibition applies to any content that depicts, references, or sexualises minors, whether real or fictional, explicitly or implicitly.
  4. 5.6 It is prohibited to publish, integrate, use, promote, or distribute any content that refers to existing criminal, terrorist, or extremist organisations or individuals.

Monetization of user-generated content

  1. 5.7 YAMP does not provide any space, service, or feature enabling the promotion, listing, or distribution of monetised content within the platform. Any commercial initiative is carried out independently, outside of our services, and under your sole responsibility.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

Modification of the terms of use

  1. 6.1 YAMP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any modification shall take effect upon its publication through our official communication channels.
  2. 6.2 It is the responsibility of users to regularly consult the Terms of Use in order to remain informed of any potential changes. Continued use of the associated services after such publication shall constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Failure to have read or acknowledged a modification shall under no circumstances be considered a valid ground for exemption or objection to its application.
